These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", or "you") and ph11 (hereinafter referred to as "ph11", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph11 online gaming platform available at ph11.vu and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and tools.
By registering an account, accessing the ph11 platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any service offered by ph11, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ph11 platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all users of the ph11 platform regardless of the device used to access it, the game category played (including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, sports betting, sabong, arcade games, bingo, and Fortune Gems), or the payment method used. All capitalized terms not defined inline are defined in Section 1.2 below.

Access to the ph11 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
Age Verification: ph11 will request proof of age and identity during the withdrawal verification process and may do so at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any real-money deposits will be returned according to ph11's underage player policy. ph11 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. ph11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend Account access pending verification.
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) ph11 Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, ph11 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending and completed bets placed from those Accounts, and forfeit all Balances including Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. ph11 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify ph11 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ph11 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You are required to update your Account information promptly if any details change. ph11 may require re-verification if Account details are updated. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.
ph11 operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. Before processing a withdrawal request above the applicable threshold, ph11 will request identity verification documents, which may include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID), proof of address, and documentation relating to payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
ph11 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the ph11 platform at any given time. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Over-The-Counter, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change; ph11 will update the platform to reflect current options.
Third-Party Deposits: Deposits made using payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name are prohibited. ph11 may reverse such deposits and suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit where possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practices.
ph11 may refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative Balance after accounting for pending Bonus wagering requirements; (d) the Account is under investigation; or (e) any other circumstances at ph11's reasonable discretion that warrant further review.
ph11 may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions offered by ph11 are subject to specific Terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for the relevant promotion.
Wagering Requirements: Always read the specific wagering requirement attached to each promotion. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must bet a total of ₱15,000 using the Bonus Funds before those funds can be withdrawn. Specific requirements for each promotion are displayed at the time the offer is presented.
All games available on the ph11 platform — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, online sabong, arcade titles, and bingo — are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within the game interface or the relevant betting section. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the applicable game rules.
All virtual casino games (slots, arcade games, bingo, and virtual card games) on the ph11 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems ensure that all game outcomes are random, unbiased, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by ph11 or by any Player. RNG certifications are maintained and reviewed periodically.
Sports betting markets and sabong offerings are subject to their own specific rules, which govern accepted bets, settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and rules applicable in the event of event postponement, cancellation, or other force majeure circumstances. These rules are available on the relevant sections of the ph11 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ph11 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and refund the stake to the Player's Balance. ph11 accepts no liability for losses or missed winnings arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including third-party network outages or device failures on the Player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph11 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences: Violation of any of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of Balance including real-money funds where applicable under law, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

However, no internet transmission is completely secure. ph11 will notify affected users in the event of a data breach that poses a risk to their rights and freedoms, in accordance with applicable data protection law.
All content on the ph11 platform — including but not limited to the ph11 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of ph11 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph11 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph11 platform without prior written consent from ph11.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the ph11 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether ph11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph11's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph11 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph11 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
ph11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) legal or regulatory requirement to do so; or (e) any other circumstance at ph11's reasonable discretion.
Upon Account closure for cause, ph11 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits less any amounts lawfully deducted may be returned to the registered payment method following investigation, subject to applicable law.
Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph11 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
ph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via notification on the ph11 platform or by message to the Player's registered mobile number prior to taking effect, where practically possible. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the ph11 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact ph11 to arrange voluntary Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law, including any applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, and the regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as they apply to online gaming platforms operating in the Philippine market.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph11 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ph11 platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph11 customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties may escalate to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable Philippine law.
